Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your unopened and unused ink cartridges for a full refund.

Eligible Items for Return

  • Unopened and unused ink cartridges in their original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or damaged ink cartridges.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide Order Details: Have your order number and the specific ink cartridges you wish to return ready.
  • Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your items.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your returned items.
  • Please keep your return receipt for your records.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the conditions outlined above, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price (excluding original and return shipping costs) to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

Important Notes

  • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original receipt or packing slip.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines.

Defective or Damaged Products
